Nervous System Foundations: March 16th

  • Come learn the foundations of the autonomic nervous system and grow an in-depth understanding of how your body responds in situations of fight, flight, or freeze. You will gain insights into how your body responds to stress and threat as well as tools to help regulate your system and return to states of relaxation. 

Trauma and the Nervous System: April 13th

  • Delve into a gentle exploration of how trauma impacts the nervous system. This workshop will explain exactly how and why trauma dysregulates the nervous system and offers practical somatic practices to help heal and regulate after experiencing trauma. Additionally this workshop will help you develop a more compassionate understanding for others who have experienced trauma. This course is educational in nature and intended as a replacement for therapy or other treatment. You are welcome whether or not you consider yourself a trauma survivor. Vagus Nerve Masterclass: April 27th

  • Uncover the power and influence of the "super nerve" that orchestrates the rhythm of your autonomic responses. This workshop provides a step-by-step understanding of the significance and importance of the vagus nerve, and teaches practices that harmonize and invigorate, inviting balance into your mind, body and spirit.

Theory to Practice: Tools for Regulating the Nervous System: May 11th

  • Bridge the gap between theory and practice to fully embody resilience and regulation. This workshop will build upon the teachings from previous workshops to equip you with practical, hands-on tools to understand and regulate your nervous system. This movement-based workshop is open to all, but a foundational understanding of the nervous system is highly recommended.

Emotions and the Nervous System: June 8th

  • Immerse yourself in the profound connection between your emotions and the nervous system. This workshop will teach you how to navigate and honor the intricate interplay of feelings, sensations and nervous system states to build emotional literacy. Together we will explore the connection between fight, flight, freeze, fawn and corresponding emotions to build greater resilience and regulation in every area of life.
