Call in powerful practices, connections and insights to keep your mind, body, and spirit whole on a daily basis. This in-person, all levels, artistic leadership training offers personal nourishment for artivists. By the end of the day, you will feel more grounded, seen and called to life.
This daylong immersion will include a Movement Lab, Healing Arts Circle, Collective Choreopoem, and a Performance Art Ritual Offering. As we intentionally gather on Memorial Day to explore themes of grief, loss and change–we invite the opportunity to let go and liberate your being while discovering “How do we take feelings of compression and contraction into a state of acceptance, presence and emergence?”
